As part of his working visit, VSU Vice-Rector Andrey Iosifovich Ralovets visited the cities of Suihua and Harbin. In Suihua, he met with Li Qingan, Director of the Suihua Institute.

On September 7, Masherov students, as well as VSU administration and faculty, joined the online broadcast of the Plenary Session of the Youth Forum «The Role of Youth in Preserving and Protecting Historical Memory».

From July 21 to August 3, eight students from the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technology participated in the Summer University 2025 project at the Siberian Federal University in Krasnoyarsk and Kazan Federal University in Kazan, under the program "Digital Tools in Humanities Projects."

On September 3, a meeting was held between representatives of the Youth Council under the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, the Youth Parliament under the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan, and the Council of Working Youth under the administration of the Pervomaisky District of Vitebsk.

Valentina Bogatyreva participated in the section «Belarus – Uzbekistan: Bilateral Cooperation in the Socioeconomic Sphere (Tasks and Prospects)» as part of the III Belarusian-Uzbek Women's Business Forum.

On September 2-3, Vitebsk will host participants of the III Belarusian-Uzbek Women's Business Forum, which will include a scientific and practical conference held at VSU.

On August 25, the awards ceremony for the winners of the IV Open Creative Competition "Architecture of Diplomacy" for young artists took place at the Reception House of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

The International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus has created the Telegram channel "Ucheba.BY" – an information resource for citizens of the Russian Federation interested in obtaining an education in Belarus.

On August 7, a group of Chinese students from Vitebsk State University took part in events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Chinese people's victory in the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, as well as the victory in the Great Patriotic War and World War II against fascism.

On July 29, VSU Rector Valentina Bogatyreva presented a report on «The Benefits and Threats of Integration Processes within the Union State» at a joint meeting titled «On Scenario Forecasts for the Economic Development of the Union State».
