Born on 07/05/1964, Republic of Belarus, Grodno region, Lida district, village Velichki.

1983 - graduated from Volkovysk Pedagogical School (the specialty " Primary school teaching", the qualification "Primary school teacher");

1988 - graduated from Belarusian State University named after V.I. Lenin ( the specialty "Geography", the qualification "Geographer. Teacher");

1990 - teaching at the Department of Geography of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov (assistant, assistant professor);

1994 - graduated from the PhD course of Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after M. Tank (the specialty "Economic and Social Geography");

1994 - PhD in Geography;

1998 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor (the specialty "Geography");

1997–2017 - Head of the Department of Geography of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov ;

2018–2020 - Vice-rector of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov;

since 2020 - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov.
