Masherov, Yevgeny Yakovlevich Arshansky, addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech. He emphasized the importance of holding such events: "Today's conference continues the glorious tradition of Masherov Readings. It paves the way for our future - young scientists who will be able to present the results of their research to the scientific community. It is especially important that the modern young scientist be a true researcher, a citizen, and a patriot."

During the plenary session, a solemn award ceremony took place, with participants receiving diplomas for the 1st place and conference publications. A special gift was the performance of the folk choir "Kantilena" (led by Tatiana Valentinovna Zhukova) with the composition "Hymn of Masherov's Science."

Participants from Pskov State University shared their impressions of participating in the conference and noted that they were warmly and hospitably welcomed at Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov. For example, postgraduate student of Pskov State University, Angelina Mikhaylovna Shtatskaya, said: "I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the conference organizers and the Council of Young Scientists for providing us with the opportunity to take part in this event, which contributes to the exchange of experience among young scientists from different countries. The diversity of the participants is impressive, and with each passing year, Masherov Readings gain momentum and open up new horizons for cooperation between universities."

The leader of the delegation from Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University, Associate Professor of the Department of Technological and Artistic Education, Marina Gennadyevna Okolovich, and her students also enthusiastically praised the conference: "I’m so truthfully thankful to the conference organizers for their warm welcome! It's always a pleasure to come to Vitebsk. Participating in conferences in person stimulates the development of youth science. After the conference, the students expressed a desire to undergo internships at Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, as they were impressed by the high level of preparation of student scientific and creative works. We managed to combine our presentations with an extensive educational program: we visited the rare book room, explored the work of workshops, and visited the museum at the Faculty of Art and Graphics."

Certainly, the international scientific-practical conference for students, postgraduates, and young scientists, "XVII Masherov Readings," will contribute to the fruitful development of the creative initiative of young researchers with the support of the university's scientific community.
