As part of the implementation of the Ministry of Education's action plan, specifically in Section 5, "Organization of online scientific exchanges with Guizhou Normal University in the framework of preparing joint applications for participation in research projects," a working meeting took place on October 17th between the scientific teams of the Faculty of Chemical-Biological and Geographic Sciences at Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov and representatives of Guizhou Normal University.

During the negotiations, prospects for developing partnership relations were discussed, an interaction plan was formed, three working groups were established, and agreements were reached on conducting lectures to strengthen Belarusian-Chinese cooperation.
