From October 2nd to 4th, a delegation from Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov participated in the International Patriotic Forum "We Remember," which took place at the sports and tourist complex "Razdolye" in Pskov, Russian Federation. The forum was organized with the support of the Department of Public Projects and Youth Policy of the Government of Pskov Region and the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs "Rosmolodyozh."

More than 100 young patriots and specialists in patriotic education from Russia and Belarus gathered in one place to share experiences, listen to experienced professionals, and gain new knowledge for themselves.

The solemn opening of the forum was attended by Vera Emelyanova, the First Deputy Governor of Pskov Region, Sergey Efimenko, a representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pskov, Roman Bondaruk, the First Secretary of the Minsk City Committee of the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union," and Vladimir Babichev, the First Secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Branch of the "Belarusian Republican Youth Union."

The "We Remember" forum had two main directions. The first was for specialists in the field of patriotic youth education. Participants included leaders of patriotic, search, military-sports, and military-patriotic clubs, associations, centers for patriotic education, heads of local branches of the All-Russian children's and youth military-patriotic movement "Yunarmiya" in the Pskov Region, youth center specialists working in the field of patriotic education, as well as educators from patriotic organizations in the Pskov Region and the Republic of Belarus.

The second direction included young patriots aged 18 to 35, participants from youth civic associations and organizations, patriotic clubs, search teams, and associations from Pskov Region and the Republic of Belarus.

The forum spanned three days and featured various activities, including plenary sessions, lectures, training sessions, panel discussions, and exhibitions. Participants also took part in the development of a roadmap for patriotic youth education and international cooperation between Pskov Region and the Republic of Belarus.

At the conclusion of the forum, the team from Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov was awarded participant certificates.
