From September 17th to 24th, the head of the Department of Inclusive Education, N.I. Bumazhenko, underwent an internship at the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education "Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University" on the Faculty of Arts, Social, and Humanitarian Sciences.

During the internship, she became acquainted with the organization of the educational process at the faculty and participated in the pedagogical lecture series titled "Passionate about the Profession," where the speakers were winners of the "Teacher of the Year in Russia" competition from different years. The speakers shared their pedagogical experience in organizing work, including work with gifted children, and revealed the secrets of successful innovative pedagogical activities.

N.I. Bumazhenko got acquainted with the work of the All-Russian meetup of activists and young specialists in the field of educational work and youth policy called "More Than a Calling." There were foresight sessions on the following topics: "Education of the Future - Form, Values, and Meanings," "Youth Policy in the Regions: Current Situation and Urgent Issues," and "Active Youth: How to Develop and Support a Self-Governing System."

The lecturer became a participant in the panel discussion "Digital School: Problems and Prospects" for teachers of general education institutions and students of graduation courses in the field of "Pedagogical Education." During the discussion, N.I. Bumazhenko learned about the tools for digitizing modern education and the possibilities of using augmented reality in the educational process, including for children with special educational needs.

The lecturer participated in the opening of the All-Russian Forum "Pedagogical Education: Dialogue with the Future" at the University Boiling Point. She got acquainted with the activities of the State Educational Institution of the Tula Region "Yasnopolyansky Educational Complex named after L.N. Tolstoy," which includes the Center for the Support of Gifted Children in the Tula Region.

Natalia Ivanovna visited the Technopark of Universal Pedagogical Competencies at Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University. learned about the opportunities offered by the Technopark for the development of intellectual and creative abilities of students, as well as the unique interaction between students of Tula State Pedagogical University and students from Yasnopolyansky Educational Complex.

The lecturer attended an Art Meeting titled "Musical Journey," where students from supplementary education institutions, along with their teachers, graduates, and students of Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University, performed together.

Natalia Ivanovna completed a professional development program at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University" in the field of "Preparing Students for the Formation of Cross-Subject Learning Outcomes in Inclusive Settings." This program took place from September 18th to 23rd, consisting of 36 hours of training. N.I. Bumazhenko hold a certification with the ID 713400669072 and registration number 10330 to attest to this.

The knowledge acquired during the internship allowed the lecturer to develop an updated version of Electronic Educational and Methodological Complexes (EUMK) for the educational disciplines "Organization of Work with Gifted Children" and "Psychological-Pedagogical Foundations of Gifted Students' Development." These updated electronic educational and methodological complexes have received reviews from the Department of Pedagogy, Disciplines, and Methods of Primary Education at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University"/

N.I. Bumazhenko would like to express special gratitude to the Rector of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, V. V.
