On February 24, a meeting of the University Council was held in the assembly hall, at which the rector of VSU named after P.M. Masherov, Professor Valentina Bogatyreva awarded the staff and students of the Orsha College for high achievements in competitions and contests of the regional and republican international levels.

College students have won more than 60 awards at regional and republican competitions, as well as 9 medals at the Spartakiad of the Union State in Volgograd.

• Vitaly Vladimirovich Tumar, Head of Physical Education at Orsha College of VSU named after P.M. Masherov;

Among those awarded with the Diploma of the Educational Establishment "Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov" for their contribution to improving the quality of vocational training of students:

• Vladislav Aleksandrovich Yakutin, teacher of physical education at Orsha College of VSU named after P.M. Masherov;
• Oksana Alekseevna Marchenko, teacher, chairman of the commission of disciplines of the professional component in the specialty "Physical culture" of Orsha College of VSU named after P.M. Masherov.

Among those awarded with the Diploma of the Educational Establishment "Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov" for high sports achievements in the republican competitions in the winter all-around "Health":

Also on this day, Tatiana Gennadievna Polushkina, director of Polotsk College of VSU named after P.M. Masherov, was awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Educational Establishment "Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov" for many years of conscientious work in the education system, a significant personal contribution to the training of qualified specialists and in connection with the 65th anniversary of her birth.

The diploma of the III degree in the nomination "The best website of a higher Educational Establishment" at the distance competition with international participation "The best website of an educational establishment" was awarded to the head of the media communications office Andrey Anatolyevich Kravchenko.
