The folk male choir of VSU and “Resonance-Chance” team took part in the VI International Online Festival CYBERART 2020 (Prague, the Czech Republic).

The purpose of the festival is to provide an opportunity for creative groups and individual performers to participate remotely in the international competition of musical creativity, contribute to the development of the creative potential of young people, to the formation of an active life position and increase the moral and cultural achievements of children and the youth.

The festival was held under the patronage of:

• Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic;
• Senate of the Czech Republic;
• Alvaro Gomez Music Foundation;
• Prague Conservatory named after Jan Dale.

The jury of the festival consisted of honored cultural figures of the Czech Republic and Europe, teachers of leading music and choreographic institutions in Europe.

The format of the contest was not quite standard. A concert video of the performance was sent for jury evaluation, where independent experts were able to choose best performers.

Based on the results of the festival, “Resonance-Chance” team became a laureate of the 1st degree.

A laureate of the II degree is a vocal ensemble of the folk male choir of VSU.
