On December 6 Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov held “The Youth of the XXI century: Education, Science, Innovation”, the 4th annual venue for students and graduates.
The conference aims to strengthen links between higher educational establishments and to promote research culture of young people in science. It gives students, masters, post-graduates and young scholars an opportunity to share their scientific experience and present the results of their scientific findings in English.
It’s quite symbolic that 4 countries have taken part in the 4th conference. They are Belarus, Russia, Ukraine and the Czech Republic.
Young scholars presented their results in 7 respective workshops related to Philology, Mathematics, Law, Design, Education and other spheres.
An English professor of Orsha College, the affiliate of Vitebsk State University, Ekaterina Morozova notes:
- We are honored to participate in this conference. Today we were plunged into English speaking environment. After the conference each of us was given a participant certificate. But it’s not certificate that matters, it’s the experience we have gained.
Genian Kulakov, a student of VSU:
- It’s great that English speaking conferences started to take place here. After all, it’s a international language. Such events unite different countries and nations.
The participants with the best presentations and scientific researches were awarded with special certificate and awards.
