On November 20, as part of the series of anniversary events dedicated to the 1st Forum of Rectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Belarus, Rector of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, Valentina Bogatyreva, signed an Agreement on Scientific and Innovative Cooperation with the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University and an Agreement on Scientific and Innovative Cooperation, as well as an Agreement on Cooperation in Educational, Scientific, and Socio-Cultural Activities with Maqsut Narikbayev University (Kazakh Humanitarian Law University named after Maksut Sultanovich Narikbayev). Valentina Vasilyevna held talks with the university leadership and participated in a roundtable discussion on cooperation in education and science.
