Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, together with the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (St. Petersburg), organized an expert session (seminar) as part of the Forum «Intellectual Code of the Commonwealth. Education 4.0: Integration of Science, Technology, and Creativity», which is taking place October 30-31 in St. Petersburg.
The report on the topic «Human potential as the basis for strategic change: growth points for knowledge-intensive development and integration vectors in the context of technological sovereignty» was presented online by Rector of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, Doctor of Economics, Professor Valentina Bogatyreva At the end of the event, Valentina Vasilievna addressed the participants and summarized the session.
The expert session «Intelligent Map of Borderlands: Growth Points and Development Paths for the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation» focuses on the development of a multi-level strategic model for the territorial development of border regions based on a synthesis of scientific analysis, infrastructure planning, and humanitarian knowledge. Using the border territories of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus as examples, current practices and general principles for constructing such a model are examined, as well as recommendations for the territorial and infrastructural development of border regions applicable to the CIS countries.
